Main responsibilities:
- You develop and implement the regional business strategy for the French Aftermarket
- You ensure customer satisfaction by frequent discussions during personal and teams meetings and ensure a good presence at branch level
- You analyze market, product, competitor and customer trends to shape the best towbar offering
- Together with the headquarter marketing you prepare the required communication support for your customers.
- You identify and develop sales opportunities considering profitability and cost targets.
- You coordinate the launch of new products and references in the French market
- You are responsible for the maintenance and development of structured relationship management
- You report monthly on customer acquisitions, project progress and business development in your region
- You frequently analyze and identify the customer's buying trends, range gaps and use these to maximize sales
- You track strategy execution through defined milestones and regular reviews
- You manage annual budget planning and achievement in your area, including periodic forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 2-5 years of sales experience
- Preferably a network in the French automotive aftermarket
- Commercially driven with technical knowledge or interest
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
- Creative problem-solving and economic mindset
- Structured, data-driven approach and analytical skills
- Digital mindset
- Strategic thinker with proven impact on business growth and profitability
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Good to very good written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
- Very good Excel skills; basic ERP experience is a plus
